The aim of the course is to help individuals and organizations reflect on gender differences by addressing issues related to equal opportunities, gender discrimination, and cultural attitudes. The journey begins with definitions, then delves into topics such as maternity in the workplace, discrimination and harassment, language use, and it ends by describing potential improvement scenarios within a company.
The course consists of 7 scenario-based modules (story-video), interactive activities and a short final assessment.
