The course is addressed to all the people who want to learn more about this complex and sometimes limiting emotional state.

The goal of the course is to help people understand what anxiety is, when it’s functional and when it isn’t. In particular, you’ll learn how anxiety can impact relationships, nutrition and work negatively. In addition, the course will offer practical exercises to be applied in everyday life in order to better manage anxiety.

The course consists of 5 scenario-based modules (story-video), interactive activities and a short final assessment.
