The course is addressed to the resources in any Organization who, at any level, interact with colleagues and clients or work in project teams.
This path provides the tools and knowledge that allow you to give collaborators or customers both positive and negative feedback in a constructive and effective way. You will also learn to ask for more feedback from others to develop a growth mindset. In addition, we’ll describe some techniques for emotionally managing critiques or judgments given to us by others.
The course consists of 5 scenario-based modules (story-video), interactive activities and a short final assessment.
