The course is for the resources in any organization who manage a complex team or projects and have a decision-making or managerial role

The path aims to develop the ability to correctly recognize and identify problems and it helps to learn not to fear them, managing them through a structured process. The final step of any problem-solving process is decision-making, and for this reason we’ll describe the typical obstacles of decision-making processes (such as biases) and the rules to follow, also in case of group decisions.

During the course, there will be a particular focus on the importance of creativity and lateral thinking in problem-solving and decision-making processes.

The course consists of 5 scenario-based modules (story-video), interactive activities and a short final assessment.
