The course is for the resources in any organization who manage a complex team or projects and have a decision-making or managerial role
The path aims to develop the ability
to correctly recognize and identify problems and it helps to learn not to fear
them, managing them through a structured process. The final step of any
problem-solving process is decision-making, and for this reason we’ll describe
the typical obstacles of decision-making processes (such as biases) and the
rules to follow, also in case of group decisions.
During the course, there will be a particular focus on the importance of
creativity and lateral thinking in problem-solving and decision-making
processes.
