The course is addressed to all the people within an organization who want or need to move from the role of salesperson to sales manager

The goal of every Sales Manager is not to sell, but to be a guide and a valuable resource of the team, one that can educate and train salespeople to help them improve and that gives them clear roles. In order to guide the potential client from the initial phases of the negotiation to the sale closing, it’s necessary to have a process or a roadmap. During this journey, the client must be convinced, engaged and brought to your side to make sure that the journey will be completed. For this reason, you have to adopt the right sales strategies or methodologies.

Once the team is running smoothly, you need to measure its performance, because otherwise there will be no improvents. That’s why you need to choose and equip indicators called KPIs, which can provide the Sales manager with feedback to understand where to take action to improve the team’s performance.

The course consists of 4 scenario-based modules (story-video), interactive activities and a short final assessment.
