The course is addressed
to those who want to understand the principles
and the key concepts of the inclusion of people with disabilities, specifically
in workplace settings.
The goal is
to help individuals and organizations examine the needs of people with
disabilities.
The course presents the principles of physical and
digital accessibility, tackling the topic organically: people within organizations
often think that accessibility is enough to make inclusion real, while full
inclusion is prevented by prejudice and mental barriers, that represent the
real issue.
The
course consists of 6 scenario-based modules (story-video), interactive
activities and a short final assessment.
