The course is
addressed to anyone willing to increase their
knowledge on the topic of remote communication, as well as email organization,
digital calendaring of commitments, and management of possible IT problems.
The goal of the course
is to help individuals and organizations be better prepared and responsive to
the onset of a problem, in its recognition and, if necessary, in communicating
with support.
In addition, during the training, the
learner will become familiar with netiquette, the behavioral norms to be
applied in any formal and non-formal communication circumstances, such as
emails and video calls.
The course consists of 6 scenario-based modules
(story-video), interactive activities and a short final assessment.
