The course is designed for those who want to find out more about the unconscious mechanisms of our minds and how they influence our perception of everyday reality and, therefore, the decisions we make every day in our workplace.
How many of the decisions you make are based on conscious reflection? You might say “all of them”, but in fact there are invisible enemies in our minds that can undermine your ability to see reality objectively. These enemies are the unconscious biases. Knowing them is the key to defeating them and expressing your full potential, in life and work.
The course consists of 5 scenario-based modules (story-video), interactive activities and a short final assessment.
