The course is aimed at those who need to approach the topic of diversity for the first time, exploring the concepts of gender identity and sexual orientation.
The goal of the training is to help people understand what sexual identity and what sexual orientation are.
Even today there is still a deep-rooted prejudice against those who are not heterosexual, unlike the majority of the population, and/or do not identify with the sexual identity assigned at birth.

The course aims to make users more aware of the need of a greater knowledge of the issue, in order to overcome prejudice and eradicate discrimination.
The course consists of 4 scenario-based modules (story-video, with 4 interrelated episodes), interactive activities and a short final assessment.
